										Instructions
Step 1
												Preheat oven to 400℉.
Step 2
												In a large skillet over medium heat cook chorizo, breaking up meat with a spoon, until browned and cooked through. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain.
Step 3
												Place tortilla chips in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Top each chip with a small spoonful of chorizo, then sprinkle a little cheese on each chip. Bake until cheese is melted and browned, 8-10 minutes.
Step 4
												Top each chip with a small spoonful of sour cream, a piece of avocado, a pickled jalapeño slice, and a cilantro sprig.
